Therapy for Anxiety, OCD & Reproductive Mental Health
Compassionate mental healthcare with a whole body focus
in Maryland, Pennsylvania, Vermont & South Carolina
You’ve held it together long enough. Let us hold space for you.
You're used to being the capable one everyone depends on, but privately, you're stuck in constant overdrive. Overthinking every decision. Unable to turn your brain off. Exhausted by anxiety that won't quit.
Maybe it got worse after having a baby, or maybe it's been there for years.
Maybe you're experiencing intrusive thoughts and constant “what if’s” that terrify you, checking compulsively, seeking reassurance over and over that everything is okay.
Maybe you’re deleting Instagram again because you can tell the toll it’s taking on your mental health. You’re tired of seeing everyone else’s pregnancy announcements, feeling like your life is on hold. You’re tired of living in a society that keeps telling you to shrink.
Maybe you’re angry at your partner because he’s asking you a thousand questions he should know the answer to. Maybe he should just know what goes in the kid's’ overnight bag. You’re tired of holding it together for everyone, feeling unappreciated, and fantasizing about getting into a mild car accident that would require a brief, minimally-invasive hospital stay, just so everyone could figure it out on their own for once.
Maybe you’ve tried the podcasts, the breathing techniques, copying someone else’s morning routine.
Maybe you've been in therapy before, but something's still missing.
Generic coping strategies aren't enough when you're a woman in today’s society. If you are dealing with intrusive thoughts, compulsions, or anxiety that's taken over your life,
That’s where we come in.

Some Seasons Are Harder Than Others. We're Here for All of Them.
OUR APPROACH AND WHAT SETS US APART
CLINICAL DEPTHWe're not generalists, we're specialists. We are PMH-C certified (Perinatal Mental Health Certified) and trained in evidence-based treatments for OCD and anxiety disorders. We can tell the difference between normal worry and OCD, and we know how to treat what you're actually experiencing- not just offer general support.
whole-body insightYour brain and body are constantly talking to each other, especially when hormones are shifting, sleep is disrupted, or you're physically depleted. Our founder is board certified in holistic nutrition, and we understand how hormones, sleep deprivation, blood sugar, and physical stress impact anxiety and OCD. We address both the psychological patterns and the physical realities affecting your mental health.
REAL-WORLD RELEVANCEWe know what it's like to be the capable one holding everything together while privately falling apart. Our approach recognizes the invisible weight women carry: the perfectionism, the people-pleasing, the expectation to make it all look easy. Our approach meets you where you are: in the messy, overwhelming, real-world context of your life.
women, centered.
We believe therapy should center what truly helps women+ feel seen, heard, and empowered, not what upholds systems that have historically failed them. Our team provides high-quality, evidence-based care that never compromises on warmth, compassion, or clinical depth.
We’re here for the women who carry too much. For those who have been overlooked, dismissed, or told “everything looks fine” when it doesn’t feel fine at all. Our work supports clients in reconnecting with their bodies, honoring their intuition, and making choices rooted in power and embodiment, not fear.
Our mission is to change the conversation around mental health and put your lived experience at the center of care.
Introducing
The OCD Lab
Therapy intensives for Perinatal OCD
It starts with a space to take a break, even if for just an hour. A relationship where you don’t have to perform, impress, or please. Just a place to be fully you.
In our work together, you’ll find an accountability partner who’s deeply and compassionately invested in your well-being. Our work isn’t just about reducing symptoms, it’s about cultivating true wellness: the kind rooted in meaning, purpose, connection, and (dare I say it?) relaxation.
My name is Alex, and I work with overwhelmed women experiencing anxiety, OCD, perfectionism, and burnout particularly when they show up during pregnancy and postpartum.
As a perinatal mental health certified therapist who is board certified in holistic nutrition, I am passionate about addressing the stress women experience through a whole-body lens.
Women deserve better. And here, we’re passionate about helping you reclaim trust in yourself.
