Our team provides evidence-based, high-quality therapy that doesn’t compromise on value or warmth. My name is Alex, and I work with overwhelmed women experiencing anxiety disorders, burnout, stress, perfectionism, and OCD. I provide online individual mental health therapy with consideration of a whole-body, nutritional approach.
I have recently expanded my practice to serve additional areas where I see women struggling - pregnancy and postpartum, infertility, reproductive health and PCOS, and body image/disordered eating.

We can’t out-think our biology (believe us, we’ve tried). Therefore, we cannot ignore the impact of what we call “the foundations”:

We make a point to address these factors in our intake because of how impactful they are to our mental health.
